You must be 18+ (or a legal guardian) to submit information on behalf of a child or to make purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account.

14) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue for any dispute will be in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
