Simple Promise

We accept returns as long as the item is new and unused (in original condition). Start your return by calling or visiting us, then ship or drop off the item at our school.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us: Call 1-877-736-6676 or visit us in person to begin the process.
2. Send or bring the item: Ship or drop off to:

3. Inspection & refund: Once we confirm the item is new/unused, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after inspection.

Notes

• Items showing wear, damage, or missing parts/tags may be declined or subject to a reduced refund.
• Unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged, original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.
